I joined the POP Excel Tuition programme as a teacher in 2012, and for 5 years, I’ve spent my Saturday afternoons in the classroom with children and youth from the neighbourhood.

And it’s been truly rewarding - not only in watching them progress academically, but also in seeing them grow into healthy, resilient young adults who have the confidence to overcome difficulties and pursue their dreams.

Every child and youth, regardless of their family/financial/academic/psychological situation, is a precious human being. Through my time here, I've learnt how to love each child as they are, and as much as possible, to teach them to love themselves too.
