Probably one of the biggest highlights of my professional life... never would I have thought I'd speak at a business conference!

It was an honour to represent my team and to share how we walked the talk, in the ways we embedded giving in our day-to-day work and our team culture. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing how giving had impacted my fellow panelists (who were also employees in Business for Good companies) too.

It's also deeply humbling to learn how giving has transformed the culture of so many companies and the lives of the business owners and their employees. The video on the B1G1x website (created by the B1G1 business members) gives a wonderful glimpse of that.
